1. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant B are joint operators operating an officetel in the trade name of “F” in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel 602 and 603. The Defendant C leased the above officetel 603, which is a person in charge of the management of fixtures, reservation, etc. by setting up a place for sexual traffic and holding it in the office.

No person shall engage in sexual traffic or arrange sexual traffic, etc. in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

Nevertheless, from August 3, 2017 to August 22:00, the Defendants published an advertisement that solicits commercial sex acts in the above officetels 602 and 603, the Internet commercial sex acts site "G" and "H," etc., and, after reporting the advertisement, received 1.70,00 won from the male customers in the name of the non-resident who visited after receiving 1.30,000 to 1.70,00 won in return for commercial sex acts, the Defendants arranged commercial sex acts by guiding them to each of the above officetels, leading them to the 1,00 won in return for commercial sex acts, and allowing them to sexual intercourse with the female women in the name of the non-resident, such as I, J,K, and L.

On July 8, 2017, the Defendant provided a place of sexual traffic by leasing Nos. 602 of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel on July 20, 2017 with the knowledge that he/she would operate a sexual traffic business upon the request of M, and, on July 20, 2017, the said M is bound by the driving of alcohol, Defendant D provided the said officetel No. 602 with the said officetel from August 4, 2017 to August 22, 200 with the knowledge that he/she would operate a sexual traffic business.
