On September 17, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.071% while under the influence of alcohol level of the blood while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.071% at a section of about 70 km in the territorial highway located in the Young-si from the insular road located in Gangseo-si to the point of 160 km.
