The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On June 21, 2019, at around 09:32, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim D(s) that was first viewed at C main points located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) obstructed the victim’s trees by hand without any reason under the influence of alcohol; and (c) committed assault on the victim’s left side by scambling the victim’s scam at one time.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
