A. Plaintiff A worked for the Defendant from September 30, 2013 to July 21, 2017; Plaintiff B from December 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017; Plaintiff C employed the Defendant from September 22, 2016 to August 18, 2017.

B. The wages and retirement allowances that the Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiffs are KRW 15,136,268 (the wage of KRW 1,261,060 for May 2017 + the wage of KRW 2,769,230 for July 2017 + the wage of KRW 89,330 for August 2017 + retirement allowance of KRW 10,50,068 + other money and valuables of KRW 516,580 for 6,656,395 (the wage of April 2017 + KRW 1,146,360 for 923,076 + Other money and valuables of KRW 4,363,159 for 223,80 for 200) + the wage of KRW 10,208,40 for 10,500 for 10,500 for 20,7314,719 for 20,3197

C. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff A 15,136,268 won, the plaintiff B 6,656,395 won, the plaintiff C 10,208,449 won, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the 14th day after the date of withdrawal to the day of full payment.
