Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they purchased and administered the Metropha (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. On November 11, 2016, Defendant B sent a message to D, a book that uses a mobile phone and purchases philophones with SNS fluencing “E” to purchase philophones at an insular place (hereinafter referred to as “E”) at a remote place.

접근한 다음, 같은 날 20:56 경 광명시에 있는 F BGF 네트 웍스 ATM 기에서 D이 지정하는 G 명의 기업은행 계좌 (H) 로 필로폰 대금 40만원을 송금하고, 그 무렵 D이 광명시 시내에 있는 번지 불상의 건물 안 화장실 변기 뒤쪽에 양면 테이프로 붙여 둔 필로폰 약 0.4그램이 담긴 편지 봉투를 가져가는 방법으로 필로폰을 매수한 것을 비롯하여 그 때부터 2016. 12. 23. 경까지 같은 방법으로 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 D에게 총 7회에 걸쳐 합계 360만원을 송금하고 필로폰 합계 약 3.6그램을 매수하였다.

2. Joint medication of philophones by the Defendants

A. On November 20, 2016, the Defendants administered approximately 0.1g of philopon in the scopon in the scopon room of J hotel I located in Seocheon-si, Busan on November 20, 2016, respectively, in a copon on coffee.

B. On December 22, 2016, the Defendants: (a) stored 0.1g of phiphonephones in a disposable injection machine; and (b) injected water and dilution into their fluorries, respectively, at the early 22:00 square meters of their base base; and (c) administered them by means of injection into their fluorries, respectively.

A. On January 6, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, the Defendant, using mobile phones, is a book to supply SNS mobilephones.
