1. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages against the Defendant is filed by Gwangju District Court Decision 2009Kadan9430 decided Nov. 20, 2009.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant on November 20, 2009, which became final and conclusive on December 10, 2009, by having won the judgment in favor of the Defendant on November 20, 2009. As such, the Plaintiff seeking confirmation of the lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription upon the expiration of the prescription period of the above claim. 2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the confession.
