All appeals are dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the Intervenor, and the remainder are assessed against the Intervenor.
Reasons
The instant case is a small case as provided in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Rules on Trial of Small Claims. The grounds of appeal do not fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act and cannot be a legitimate ground of appeal.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party, and they are corrected as there is a clear clerical error in the decision of the court below. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
