Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated, respectively.
Punishment of the crime
1. The criminal defendant committed the above fraud with a person who was unable to know the name of the so-called “scaming,” which received money by misrepresenting himself/herself as if he/she requested an investigative agency to cooperate in the investigation by misrepresenting himself/herself to a large number of unspecified persons (such as “B”, etc.).
An employee whose name is unknown (hereinafter referred to as "one-time employee") sent equipment, such as the C building in Si interest, the Defendant's house, and other equipment such as mobile buwawa (an opportunity to relay telephone calls between multiple cell phoness) to install the Defendant, sent a large number of bits through Kwikset Service (USIM and mobile mobile rackers) to the Defendant, and notified the Defendant of the method of use. The Defendant relays the communications by inserting the said mobile rack and inserting it to the said mobile rack and informing the said organization of the method of use as notified by the said organization. The staff of scaming who are unable to know the name of the fact by phoneing a large number of unspecified persons in China to the investigation agency and by deceiving them to receive money from the persons who belong to it.
Accordingly, from early December 2018 to around January 10, 2019, the Defendant prepared a relay office with mobile buwawa, etc. installed in the Defendant’s residence, and then, from around that time to around January 10, 2019, the Defendant supplied Kwikset Service, etc. with multiple convictions, including “E”, and relays communications by inserting it into the mobile buwawawa installed therein, and the Bohishing employee whose name is unknown was called from January 13:10 of 2019 to the victim F with the above “E” number at a place where it is unknown to the Chinese government, and then inspected the Seoul Central Inquiry Agency;
