1. As to KRW 25,00,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from September 30, 2007 to February 4, 2014.

Reasons

1. The indication of the claim ① A loan of KRW 20 million on September 1, 2007 (interest rate of KRW 24% per annum) and ② A loan of KRW 5 million on November 7, 2009 (payment period of November 10, 2010) plus KRW 25 million.
