On December 31, 2014, at around 13:45, the Defendant driven a Bkntro vehicle at the 2km section from the front day of the 905-2nd day of the same 779-2nd day of the Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Ani-si, Ani-si, Ani-si, whose blood alcohol content is 0.127%.
