1. The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from September 1, 2009 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. According to Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act and Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act at the time of the conclusion of the monetary loan contract of this case, the maximum interest rate is 30% per annum. Thus, the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
