Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall, when he intends to import goods, report to the head of any customhouse the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.

In relation to the issue of return of clothes exported to China, the defendant left Korea through Incheon Airport on September 14, 2012 with women-friendly Gu C (C) of China.

The Defendant purchased at the lot duty-free shop located in the Incheon Public Port prior to departure from Korea one of the male laex hand handbs in the name of c in the name of 24,728 U.S. and carried it out to China.
