1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,680,701 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, who was employed by the Defendant, provided labor and retired from office from February 6, 2012 to February 29, 2016. As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of the unpaid wages of KRW 12,94,40, retirement allowances of KRW 9,878,301, and annual annual allowances of KRW 25,68,00,00, not paid by the Defendant.
