A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Seized evidence 1 to 21 each shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant has no fixed occupation.
1. He/she shall not engage in any conduct similar to the riding voting, in relation to the racing conducted by the marina society, to pay goods or financial benefits to the enemy;
On October 13, 2013, the Defendant received the order from the purchaser of the betting tickets 20,000 won and 2,7,400 won and paid dividends of KRW 39,540,00 after selling the betting tickets of KRW 93,740,00 from August 25, 2012 to October 13, 2013.
As a result, the Defendant committed an act similar to the horse riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by a marina society, thereby paying dividends to the winners.
2. Gambling, or aiding and abetting, using a racing conducted by the marina society;
On October 13, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:45, installed two computers and three monitors in the above residence, received information on the results of the racing conducted by a marina society using a program under the name "Mamdora", and then received 50,00 won as dividends in accordance with the distribution rate of the Mar society, with the following: (a) the end of No. 5, and No. 9, which was implemented by the Mar society at the D website, at a similar Mamdombling website; and (b) the end of No. 5,00 won arrives at one-way and two-way; and (c) as a result of the racing, the Defendant received KRW 90,00 as dividends in accordance with the distribution rate of the Mar society.
The Defendant received KRW 1,795,00 as dividend after betting KRW 2,270,00 for a racing conducted by a marina society in the same way, and gambling to meet the results of the racing.
In this respect, the defendant is carried out by a marina society.
