The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter Cargo Vehicles.

On September 20, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 23:30 on September 20, 2014, driven the said cargo with a blood alcohol content of 0.157%, and proceeded at a speed that is difficult to identify the road in front of the rest area of the Gancheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do, 2985.
