A. On October 29, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a PM management service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with a stock company C (hereinafter “C”) that was undergoing the construction of an apartment (hereinafter “instant new apartment”) (hereinafter “C”) on the following grounds: (a) the Plaintiff entered into a new apartment construction service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

Since the instant service contract was not concluded between the Plaintiff and C, the Defendant’s assertion that “the Defendant cannot be deemed to have jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation under the instant service contract cannot be accepted.”

Section 1 (Purpose of Services) In carrying out a new project of “B” (referring to the Plaintiff; hereinafter the same shall apply) for “B” (referring to C; hereinafter the same shall apply)”, this contract is carrying out the business of borrowing money from the cost of building works and other related services.

Article 2 (Objects)

1. The details of the “land” shall be as follows:

1) Stage 1: The remainder shall be paid at the time when the loan is executed. Stage 2 of the daily operating expenses ( e.g. 5,000,000):
