Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On November 3, 2018, at around 01:25, the Defendant: (a) heard the phrase “C” in front of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C”, “C,” which was called “C” on the 112 report, and was sent to the police station, the Defendant saw the words “C” from “C”, and took a bath, such as “Plap. Chewing Shep. She will well collapse.” On November 3, 2018, the Defendant took one-time a cell phone with the head of the police station.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
