1. A special larceny: (a) around 19:00 on January 9, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd to steals precious metal owned by the victim at the victim’s studio, which was known to both D and E, at the “C” Ma, in a usual sense of view.

The Defendant, along with D and E on January 10, 2013, came to fall under 203, G studio 203 where the victim resides in order to steal precious metal owned by the victim, using the gaps that the victim did not work at the company at around 15:00.

During the seeing the network at the studio side, D opened a studio-gas pipe with the second floor where the studio gas pipe was dried and entered into the studio and let the Defendant enter the studio by opening the studio.

The Defendant, along with D, brought five clocks equivalent to the total market value of KRW 500,000,000, the market value of which is 280,000,000, and 2.8,000,000,000,000,000, and 2.8,000,000,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with D and E, stolen the total amount of 1,60,000 won of the market value owned by the victim.

2. On January 10, 2013, the Defendant, along with D, transferred KRW 1.188,00 from the above passbook to the Suhyup Bank account in the name of the Defendant’s H by means of inserting the passbook, which was stolen by the said F in the Defendant’s Anng-si branch located in Ansan-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, and inserting the password on the back of the above passbook.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, obtained financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1.180,00 by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.
