Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurance company, and the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract for personal car insurance (the name of the goods "eYucleex"), which includes the provision that compensates for damages incurred by A due to the damage of the said motor vehicle caused by the damage of the said motor vehicle by the intention or negligence of another person with respect to the car of the horse B owned by Nonparty A, and entered into an insurance contract for business car insurance including the provision that compensates for damages incurred by the said company due to the damage of the said motor vehicle caused by the damage of the said motor vehicle by the intention or negligence of another person with respect to the car of the said company

(b) The defendant is a project undertaker who constructs and sells 8 D apartment units, 330 units, and other incidental and welfare facilities (hereinafter referred to as "the apartment complex in this case from the following year), and is prescribed by Presidential Decree (including the cases of constructing non-housing facilities and housing as the same building after obtaining a building permit under Article 11 of the Building Act, and the incidental and welfare facilities, but excluding facilities and welfare facilities sold to the general public among welfare facilities; hereinafter the same shall apply). < Amended by Act No. 11748, Dec. 24, 2013>

(2) Residents shall autonomously manage a collective housing falling under paragraph (1) pursuant to paragraph (4), or manage it by entrusting a housing management operator under Article 53 with the management thereof.

(4) Where the council of occupants' representatives intends to autonomously manage multi-family housing, it shall appoint the head of a management office of multi-family housing as the representative of the autonomous management body and have technical human resources and equipment prescribed by Presidential Decree within six months.
