However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

3. 피해자 J에 대한 범행 피고인은 2018. 9. 27. 23:30경 충북 영동군 K에 있는 ‘L’ 인근 도로에서 위 스파크 차량을 주차시켜 둔 다음 걸어가는 아동인 피해자 J(여, 17세)를 발견하고 피해자에게 영동군청으로 가는 길을 물으며 말을 건 다음 “신고 있는 양말 얼마냐, 나한테 팔아라”라고 말을 건넸고, 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 그 자리를 피할 생각으로 신고 있던 양말을 벗어주자 이를 건네받는 등 아동인 피해자에게 성적수치심을 주는 성희롱을 하였다.

4. On October 22:50, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim M (or 15 years old), who was a child, posted the sprink vehicle on the neighboring road located in the N in the Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) discovered the victim’s M (or 15 years old) and the victim’s department store in Young-dong.
