1. Upon receipt of a claim for change in exchange at the trial, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,256,00 and April 1, 2015.
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 3, and Eul evidence 1 to 11.
On September 12, 1989, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of 1/4 shares out of the land before subdivision in the name of the Plaintiff by completing registration of ownership transfer with respect to 1/4 shares of the land before subdivision in the name of the Plaintiff as to the land before subdivision in Gwangju City E-si (hereinafter “the land before subdivision in this case”). Since all the land discussed below are located in Gwangju City Ldong, since only the lot number, land category, and area are specified thereafter, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of 1/4 shares among the land before subdivision in this case.
B. From July 191, the procedure was conducted to divide the land before the instant partition into several lots. From that time, the part of the instant land in the land before the instant partition began to be used as a road for public traffic. On May 27, 1992, the land before the instant partition was divided into F 306 square meters, G 122 square meters, G 114 square meters, M 101 square meters, M 107 square meters, N 109 square meters, P 103 square meters, Q 147 square meters, P 109 square meters, Q 103 square meters, P 109 square meters, 41 square meters, T 100 square meters, 107 square meters, 107 square meters, 108 square meters, and 108 square meters, J 108 square meters, and 97 square meters, respectively.
C. On May 26, 1997, the Defendant announced the implementation plan for the K Urban Planning Facility Installation Project (Road) that included the said land’s use or accommodation plan as the project site on the 40 neighboring land including the instant land. From that time, the instant land has been used as the two kinds of roads (breadth 8 to 10 meters) corresponding to the urban planning facility.
On June 27, 2001, the Defendant acquired the ownership of 1/2 shares out of the instant land by obtaining a registration of partial transfer of ownership on June 12, 2001 under the name of the Defendant with respect to 1/2 shares of the instant land from C.

A. The plaintiff, the defendant, and the land of this case are road sites.
