Purport of claim and appeal

The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for the fact-finding that "the result of each fact-finding to the head of the Busan ideas and ideas of the court of first instance" was determined as "the result of each fact-finding to the head of the Busan ideas and ideas of the court of first instance" in Part 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
