2. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant B, as well as Defendant B, KRW 303,507,118, among them, and KRW 99,458.

A. The status of the parties 1) DFF was consolidated into EFFF and changed the name from March 18, 1997 to FFFFFFFF, and was declared bankrupt by the Changwon District Court on May 28, 2003, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation was appointed as a bankruptcy trustee of FFFFFF. 2), ① Defendant A was the head of the division from February 1, 1994 to February 28, 1995, ② Defendant B was the auditor from April 12, 1996 to February 26, 197, and ② Defendant B was the chief of the division from July 1, 1995 to January 31, 199 to 31, 194, respectively. < Amended by Act No. 5294, Mar. 24, 199; Act No. 5235, Feb. 29, 194; Act No. 5235, Feb. 19, 1994>

From February 27, 1996 to February 26, 1999, Defendant C entered into a contract for fidelity guarantee with each of the above unions for the network G.

B. 1) The Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation filed a lawsuit seeking compensation against executives and employees of each association including the Defendants, and their credit guarantee holders under the Changwon District Court F&14, with respect to the damages incurred due to the poor operation of the D&C and F-F Credit Cooperatives. 2) The above court: (i) Defendant B is jointly and severally with H.I; (ii) Defendant A is jointly and severally with 137,000,000 and its total amount of KRW 93,00,000 and its total amount of KRW 28,50,000,000 among the above amounts, and jointly and severally with H&D; and (iii) Defendant C is jointly and severally with H. 402,000,000,000 among the above amounts, and each of the above amounts was paid at the rate of 20% from September 6, 2005 to the date of full payment (hereinafter “the aforementioned judgment”).

C. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for the takeover of the Plaintiff’s claim and the interruption of extinctive prescription against the Defendants from the FFF Credit Union on June 30, 2010.
