On July 5, 2016, the Plaintiff is a correctional officer working in B prison.

On March 15, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a complaint with the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office on the ground that “The head of the Daejeon Prison (C) prior to the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office (C) knew of the fact that the employee was dissatisfying and insulting the Plaintiff, and failed to fulfill his/her responsibilities as the head of the organization in charge of protecting the employees who direct and supervise the Plaintiff.” On May 30, 2016, the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office

On July 1, 2016, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for an investigation record of the instant case (Seoul District Public Prosecutor's Office 2013 type 10091). On July 5, 2016, the Defendant rendered a request for an investigation record of the instant case on the following grounds: (a) on July 5, 2016, the Plaintiff’s written opinion, written complaint, and written notice sent to the complainant; (b) the Plaintiff’s statement, written complaint, materials submitted by the complainant, notice on the result of handling the case; (c) documents submitted, such as the written complaint, written complaint, written complaint, and written notice on the disposition of the case; and (d) the remaining written direction of the investigation; (d) the request for investigation cooperation and response; (e) the report on the investigation results; and (e) the prosecutor’s written opinion on the appeal, on the grounds that disclosure of the records may seriously undermine the honor or privacy of the persons concerned; or (e) the safety of life and body; and (e) the disclosure of information is prohibited (hereinafter referred to “other information disclosure”).”

On August 5, 2016, the Plaintiff filed a complaint against the crime of abusing authority and obstructing another’s exercise of rights against the Plaintiff on June 10, 2016 with the Daejeon District Public Prosecutor’s Office threatening D’s prison officers to threaten the Plaintiff to have an indoor training deadness. The Daejeon Public Prosecutor’s Office issued a non-prosecution disposition on July 22, 2016.

The plaintiff shall record the case of the case in the above case (Seoul District Prosecutors' Office 2016 type No. 25654).
