1. The court's explanation concerning this case is identical to the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, in addition to the use of the part concerning the defendant's argument (Article 2-b (b) of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance) as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the court's explanation concerning this case is the same as the use of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance as stated in the following Paragraph 2.

The defendant's argument 1 as to the defendant's argument is as follows: the defendant's argument is that the registration number plate of the truck belongs to the defendant's business property which is separated from the truck and has the property value independently transferable independently from the truck, and the plaintiff and the defendant agreed at the time of concluding the entrustment management contract of this case that "if the plaintiff is unable to continue the entrusted management, the management right shall be returned to the defendant without fail." The plaintiff asserts that the plaintiff cannot accept the plaintiff's claim until he returns the registration number plate of the truck for business use to the defendant by attaching the number plate for his own use to the vehicle of this case or compensates the defendant for the loss of the registration number plate for his business use.
