1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company-level trade union comprised of employees working for E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”).
There are D Branch (hereinafter referred to as D Branch), H Branch, I Branch, J Branch, K Branch, and L Branch under the Plaintiff’s control.
B. D Branch shall be organized of workers working in the non-party company's three-year factory, and the main contents of the D Branch's provisions are as follows:
Article 12 (Duties of Branch Members) Branch Members shall have the following obligations:
