1. The defendant shall pay 34,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 4, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On May 30, 2008, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 34,000,000 to C as of July 31, 2008, and around that time, the Defendant jointly guaranteed C’s obligation to the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the defendant, a joint and several surety, is liable to pay to the plaintiff the above loan 34,00,000 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of complete payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
