Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Chinese citizen, a third country including Canada, who wants to go to go to a third country, and then forges a passport of the Republic of Korea that pretends to be a national of the Republic of Korea, and transfers it to the Incheon Airport transfer section to a third country for illegal entry into the third country.

1. On October 2007, the Defendant: (a) obtained E’s consent by suggesting that he will enter the United Kingdom via the Incheon Airport of the Republic of Korea after forging the Republic of Korea’s passport if he/she received a request from E to help him/her to find illegal employment by entering the UK from the coffee shop where the trade name in the course of Chinese route is unknown; and (b) obtained the consent of E to enter the United Kingdom via Incheon Airport of the Republic of Korea.

After that, the Defendant, with four copies of a photograph for a passport from E, requested for forgery of a passport forgery brograph (F; F; F; hereinafter referred to as “F”), the name of which is unknown, and F forged a passport by attaching E’s photograph to the Korean passport ( Passport Number H) photograph column, and issued the passport to the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with F and E, forged a passport of the Republic of Korea, which is an official document, from August 2007 to February 2009, and forged a passport of the Republic of Korea in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. On November 18, 2007, the Defendant issued a forged G passport to E in the transfer section of the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea, a transfer for the United Kingdom via the Republic of Korea from China via the Republic of Korea, through a delivery book with which his name cannot be identified, and E used the forged passport by presenting the forged passport to an airline employee who was requested to verify the passport from an airline employee whose name is unknown while being bound to board to board the U.K. aircraft, and who was requested by the airline employee who was not aware of the forgery, presented it as if he were issued a genuinely.

Accordingly, the defendant was forged in collusion with F and E.
