1. Crimes against victims C;

A. From March 25, 2014 to around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant entering a house opened an entrance where the victim was not corrected by thefting the house, and entered the house, where the victim’s house was in the victim C’s residence located in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, and infringed on the victim’s house.

B. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed theft with articles in the aggregate amounting to KRW 5,440,00,000, KRW 3,000,000 in cash owned by the victim of the west located inside a place and KRW 600,000 in the market price, KRW 3,00,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, KRW 3,000,000 in the market price, KRW 9,000 in the market price, KRW 5,000,000 in the market price, KRW 5,000,00

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. From March 25, 2014, between 12:00 on the same day and 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was living in the victim E, who was located in the Gyeongbuk-gun F, Gyeongbuk-gun; (b) opened an entrance where the victim was not corrected by thefting the house; and (c) went into the house and intrudes on the victim’s residence.

B. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft of KRW 122,00 in cash owned by the victim, which was contained in a plastic bag stored in the inner harassment at the time and place specified in Article 2(a).
