대여금
1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 125,180,168 and the amount of KRW 96,01,689 from April 17, 2019 to the day of full payment.
1. On June 22, 2006, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, lent KRW 227,00,000 to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of KRW 7.2%, monthly installments of KRW 3,891,960, and repayment period of KRW 72 months. The Defendant delayed the payment of the principal and interest on the installment and lost its interest within the period of July 6, 2017.
As of April 16, 2019, the sum of principal and interest is KRW 125,180,168 (= Principal KRW 96,011,689 or delay damages KRW 29,168,479). As of April 16, 2019, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the money set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.
