The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 635,725,600 as well as the interest rate from October 11, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the main text of Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, which states that “creditor” shall be deemed as the Plaintiff, and “debtor” shall be deemed as the Defendant.
