Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding six million won.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant, C, and D, along with three employees in non-name management division, and three employees in non-name, set up and operate 40 outdoor games in the F Gameland located in the Seo-gu, Daegu from April 25, 2014 to May 28, 2014. As a result, the defendant exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products in sequence with C, D, management director in the name of the defendant, three employees in the name of the defendant.
