1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) indicated the attached Form 2 drawings on the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) in attached Form 50.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. From around 2004, the Plaintiff operated a pen with the trade name of “I” in the building, etc. of H large 905 square meters and above ground of Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gun, and the Defendants operate a pen with the trade name of “K” from the above time to J large 202 square meters and above ground buildings, etc.
B. The Defendants each own 1/2 shares of L, M, M 914 square meters, 627 square meters prior to F, J 202 square meters, J 202 square meters prior to N, 1,323 square meters, 689 square meters prior to P, 312 square meters prior to D, 1,395 square meters prior to D, and 47 square meters prior to E, respectively. The Plaintiff owns 905 square meters, Q forest, 117 square meters, 905/2050 shares, and R owns 1145/2050 shares.
한편, 별지3 도면 중 지번 등이 표시되지 않고, 남서쪽에서 북동쪽으로 뻗은 부동산{N, J 부동산과 (ㅇ) 부분 사이에 위치한 부동산}은 G 도로 1,954㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 지목상 도로’라 한다)로서 대한민국이 소유하고 있고, 그 위쪽에 위치한 별지3 도면 표시 (ㅅ), (ㅈ), (ㅋ), (ㅂ), (ㄱ), (ㅁ) 부분을 연결한 모양의 부동산(이하 ‘이 사건 현황도로’라 한다)은 원고와 인근주민들 및 원고 운영의 펜션 이용객들의 통행로로 이용되고 있으며(폭이 좁은 곳은 3m 내지 3m 10cm 정도 된다), 위 현황도로는 원고 운영 펜션에서 공로로 통하는 유일한 도로이다

Under the land category of this case, the part which was not used as the current status of this case is possessed by the Defendants.
F Real estate is planted by pine trees owned by the Defendants for about 100 years in receipt, and the land price of the trees is about 3m 50m high and over the road of this case.
(Attachment 2 is located near the point indicated in Annex 12 (Attachment 2). The part over which the present situation was above is referred to as “the part on pine trees of this case.” The Plaintiff had passed through the present situation road and operated gate. However, the Defendants were map 1 of F real estate among F real estate around August 2014.
