Nevertheless, at around 01:30 on May 2, 2020, the Defendant received 80,000 won of usage fees without confirming the age at the above Moel C, and had seven persons enter the above Moel C, such as juvenile D (ma, 17 years of age), E (ma, 17 years of age), F (ma, 17 years of age), G (ma, 17 years of age), H (ma, 18 years of age), I (ma, 18 years of age), J (n, 17 years of age), and J (n, 17 years of age).

As a result, the defendant was engaged in business activities disturbing public morals such as having male and female juveniles lodge together with them.
