1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On June 4, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant was running by the Defendant of the third floor of the building located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the third floor of the building in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, whether the victim was changed to the victim E (a female-only head) who was the customer of the said establishment while drinking away.

“I will see that I will see today’s “I will see it in a blank.”

“In doing so, I tried to go off from the victim’s booms twice per se.”

B. On June 21, 2017, around 23:30 around 23:30, at the same place as the above victim’s paragraph 1(a), the Defendant laid down a part of the victim’s panty line by inserting his own hand into the victim’s panty line, and putting the part of the victim’s knife with his knife, and her knife with his knife by inserting his knife with his knife with his knife to the knife.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim twice.

2. A marina in violation of the Medical Service Act shall be a person who has completed an educational course or training division prescribed by the Medical Service Act from among visual disabled persons under the Welfare of the Disabled Persons Act, and shall obtain qualification approval from the Mayor/Do Governor, and shall not engage in massage for profit without obtaining qualification approval for massage;

On June 21, 2017, the Defendant did not obtain recognition of the qualification of massageman, and performed an act of drinking the body of the above E, a guest, at the same place as Paragraph 1-A, around June 21, 2017.

In this respect, the defendant did not obtain recognition of qualifications for massages, but got massage for profit.
