However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 28, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Daejeon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On February 6, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime from the Daejeon District Court Seosan Branch.

Nevertheless, on August 2, 2019, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a 300-meter-learning car before a restaurant where the trade name in Seo-gu Daejeon is unknown while under the influence of alcohol 0.158% of blood alcohol concentration.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
