마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
4,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The above additional collection shall be reasonable.
Punishment of the crime
On December 14, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul High Court on December 14, 2006 and was not a person handling narcotics, who completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on March 12, 201.
1. Mediation to sell and purchase phiphones;
A. A. On February 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the D Hospital located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant: (a) sought 1,600,000 won from E to request the delivery of cambacopon; (b) transferred KRW 1,600,000 to F as cambopon; (c) transferred KRW 1,600,000 to F; (d) around 13:00 on February 27, 2013, the Defendant arranged for the purchase and sale of the cambopon between E and E in the way of sending cambopon to 0.75g of the cambopon (total copon) sent by F at the baggage handling office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24475, Feb. 27, 2013; Presidential Decree No. 25200, Feb. 7, 2019>
B. Around March 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sought 1,00,000 won from E to request for understanding of phiphones; (b) transferred KRW 1,00,000,000 to F as phiphones; (c) around that time, around March 27, 2013, around 19:50, the Defendant sent KRW 1,000 to F; (d) around March 27, 2013, 200, two of the one-time guards for one-time bus terminals sent by F at the opticalcheon-dong Office of Gwangju, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, (e.g., 1.5g of total phiphones) using 0.75g, excluding 0.5g of 0.5g of phiphones.
C. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 1,600,000 won was flickphones from G in the Daegu Suwon-dong around April 5, 2013 upon request from G to clickphones; (b) 1,600,000 won was clickphones from the Nam-dong in Busan-dong around 23:00 on the same day; (c) f was flicks; and (d) on April 8, 2013, around 21:50 on April 21:50, 2013, the Defendant found 3 of a one-time injection machine (a total flickphone 2.25 g) for one-time bus baggages sent by F at each 0.75 g of the optical-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu.
