1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from May 13, 201 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 13, 201, lent 100,000,000 won with interest rate of 5,00,000,000 won per annum (60% per annum) to the Defendant on or after the maturity of three months, but the Defendant paid 10,00,000 won on September 8, 201, and 10,000,000 won on February 29, 201. The Plaintiff sought payment of interest calculated at the rate of 30% per annum for the unpaid principal and interest amount of 80,00,000,000 won.
