On May 16, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.054% from blood alcohol level around 00:20, the Defendant operated C Ethp Motor Vehicles at approximately 1km from the front of the Dong-dong in Busan-dong, Busan-dong to the front road of the 1km-dong in the same Gu, from the front of the Dong-dong in Busan-dong, to the front road of the 1km-dong in the same Gu.
