Purport of claim and appeal

A. The status of the parties is that the Plaintiff is a local government that has promoted the designation of industrial complexes, such as future mountain groups, and development projects by attracting private capital from around 2007 to the jurisdiction of the Plaintiff, which was a special purpose corporation (SPC and Specicici (hereinafter “invested companies”) established by the Plaintiff on August 1, 2008 (hereinafter “SPC and Specici (hereinafter “Icicicici) with the purpose of business, such as project strike, linen (hereinafter “Seciciciciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii (hereinafter “Snciciciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii).
