A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

As above, the Defendant, as indicated in the List of Crimes No. 32 from May 14, 2018 to July 5, 2018, including by deceiving the victim as above and receiving KRW 1.5 million from the victim as the price for merchandise coupons on the same day, was issued by the victim as the sum of KRW 175,251,00 in the gift certificates as the price for merchandise coupons.
around July 2, 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AJ, written a statement that he sells AK department store gift certificates using a mobile phone on the Internet AH website AI Kap bulletin board, and sold the said gift certificates to the victim AL who reported and contacted the written statement prepared by the Defendant, if the price is paid.
A false statement was made.
However, the defendant did not have the above merchandise coupon so that he did not have the intent or ability to sell the merchandise coupon even if he received the payment from the injured party.
As seen above, the Defendant, as well as the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 3.5 million from the victim for the same day as the price for the gift certificates on the same day, received total of KRW 192,764,500 from May 17, 2018 to July 4, 2018 as indicated in the daily list of crimes, issued to the victims total of KRW 68 victims as the price for the gift certificates.
The defendant of "2018 Highest 4580" is from June 17, 2018 to June 23, 2018 at the house of the defendant in the Dobong-gu Seoul AJ.
