1. Defendant C served from around 2003 to February 2, 2012 as a supervisor of the axis of AL high school in the East Sea (hereinafter “AL high school”) located in AK in the East Sea.

Since the defendant is in charge of overall affairs, such as training of affiliated students, participation in games, and entrance into a school, the defendant has duties to guide players, including guidance for entrance into a school, considering his/her ability and qualities.

On November 9, 201, the Defendant received a copy of the 10 million won check from AL and AM, which is a part of the AI-gu department supervisor, to enter the AI-gu department, and received one copy of the 10 million won check from the AI-gu department supervisor.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property in exchange for illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

2. Defendant B is the supervisor of the AI-scale storage unit in India.

The supervisor of the sports team of the university of breach of trust shall obtain the qualification of the Korean Association of the Korean Association of the Korean Association and register it as the supervisor of the sports team of the relevant university, and shall take overall charge of the affairs related to the training of athletes, the sports team participation, the admission of new students, and the admission of graduates from the relevant university.
