A is a person who drives a rocketing car.
On January 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle owned by himself/herself under the influence of alcohol content of about 800 meters from January 19, 2017 to the roads of 159-12 in Pyeongtaek-si, fungsung-Eup, Dong, e.g., 161-9 to the roads in front of the air Force apartment.
