Punishment of the crime

[2018 Madern 2428] On April 2018, the Defendant received a proposal from her natives to the effect that he/she would be able to easily punish a victim of a crime of telephone financial fraud (hereinafter “ Bosing”), and that he/she would have contacted him/her with the contact as indicated in the Internet search on May 2018, 2018, her name and influence 2.50,000 won per day, by communicating him/her with the contact as indicated in the advertisement “1,00 won per day................., the Defendant called her employee to the Financial Supervisory Service as instructed by the Governor and wired him/her to the account designated by receiving only money from the victims.”
1. On May 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received instructions from the Financial Services Commission to prepare and use documents for the commission of the singing of the singing employee (hereinafter “C”); and (b) printed out 20 copies of the “civil petition tracking a financial criminal account” file in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, who was sent from the said “G” at the PC room located near the F located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul; and (c) printed out 20 copies of the files using the computer.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant, without authority, forged 20 copies of “civil petitions tracking financial accounts” under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, a public document.
2. On June 7, 2018, at around 13:30 on June 7, 2018, the title of the uttering of a fraudulent or forged official document misrepresenting investigator of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office by calls to the victim H, and misrepresenting the investigator of the Seoul Central Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Doctrine is fraud.
