On July 18, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Gwangju District Court's support on July 18, 2007, and a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime in the same court on August 31, 2010.

At around 20:20 on July 12, 2013, the Defendant, who had been punished twice or more due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven a C high-class truck in the section of about 40 meters from the 40-meter radius to the road before the Gacheon Police Station located in the Gyeongcheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-do, in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.079% on blood alcohol level, and driven a C high-class truck in the section of about 40 meters.
