Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties concerned (1) The defendant is a company that aims at automobile and construction machine sales business.

The telegraph of the defendant is the company that sells Daewoo Motor Vehicles, and the above company obtained the rehabilitation plan approval (Seoul Central District Court 201 Ma105) on December 9, 201, and the above rehabilitation plan was divided on December 19, 201 and established by the defendant according to the above rehabilitation plan.
