Examining the various circumstances in relation to the accused case, including the age and conduct environment of the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter “defendant”), the relationship with the victim, the motive and consequence of the instant crime, and the circumstances after the commission of the crime, etc., the lower court cannot be deemed to have maintained the first instance judgment that sentenced the Defendant to 20 years of imprisonment, even in light of the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal.
