A. Defendant Pungyang Agricultural Cooperative is a building listed in [Attachment 5].

A. On July 21, 2008, the Plaintiff decided to grant each of the subsidies of KRW 50 million in military expenses, KRW 15,800,000,000 in total, KRW 215,000,000 in military expenses, KRW 15,800,000,000 in order to support the business of installing complete production wholesale facilities in the building listed in attached Table 2 as “the business of supporting environmentally friendly rice processing plant in 2008”, and ② on September 8, 2008, the Plaintiff agreed to grant each of the subsidies of KRW 50,000,000 in total, KRW 50,000 in military expenses, KRW 200,000 in order to support the business of installing the machinery facilities that are colored in the building listed in attached Table 2, and the farming association received each of the above subsidies of KRW 25,00,000 in total from the Plaintiff’s production facilities and building on February 2, 2009.

B. On September 22, 2008, the Plaintiff decided to grant subsidies of KRW 25 million for military expenses to support the business of building rice and installing non-permanent rice processing factory facilities on the land listed in attached Table No. 1 as “support business for collecting environment-friendly rice in 2008”. On February 20, 2009, the agricultural partnership completed the installation of floor concrete packaging work and non-permanent forest facilities on the above land and received KRW 25 million from the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff, on March 2, 2009, as “business of building environment-friendly rice and storage facilities” in attached Table No. 6, decided to grant KRW 140 million for the purpose of supporting the business of building rice and storage facilities on the land listed in attached Table No. 6, and KRW 25 million for the purpose of building and storage facilities on the land listed in attached Table No. 3, 2000,000,000 won for military expenses and KRW 1.5 million,000,000.
