A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
On July 31, 2012, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 31, 2012, and completed the execution of the said sentence on April 27, 2013.
1. On July 9, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:20 on July 9, 2014, 2014, found the victim D (e.g., 54 years old) who was seated in a simplified person, and found the victim D (e.g., whether he/she did not look at E), and she flicked the victim’s right chest by his/her own hand.
Accordingly, the victim gets a port from the victim, and the defendant saw the victim's left chest by the second hand.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
2. The Defendant is a person who has 22 times the offense of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (2015No. 658), such as the first head of the judgment, and one time the offense of bodily injury, etc.
On June 28, 2012, the Defendant arrested a victim F (age 43) residing in the same Ba as an offender in the act of assaulting the victim F (age 43) in the same year.
8. On July 17, 2012, the Seoul Northern District Court rendered a disposition that the victim was not authorized to institute a prosecution on the ground of the victim’s failure to institute a prosecution. On July 31, 2012, the Seoul Northern District Court rendered that the victim was punished for the violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) against G on May 6, 2010.
On February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:10 on February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (b) stated that the victim returned home in front of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northerndong, Madro, and the victim “the victim was her life and has come to know how much he/she was dead,” and (c) took the face of the victim due to her head, and used the victim on the floor; (d) her face and chest part of the victim being used on the floor; and (e) her hair face and her hair part of the victim’s hair face were taken in order to escape; and (e) stated that the victim needs to receive approximately two-day medical treatment.
