1. The defendant shall pay 146,80,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 1, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Indication of claim: the Defendant’s loan of KRW 148,00,000,000,000 to the Defendant on June 28, 201, upon a request for the loan of money, and KRW 40,000,000,000 on September 26, 201, KRW 5,000,000,000 on November 6, 201, and KRW 8,000,00,000 on November 8, 201; the Defendant paid KRW 120,000,000 among them on July 12, 201, and the remainder was not paid due to service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
